A Three phase approach to a healthier you.

This phase helps members lose weight with professional care using structured meal plans, grocery foods, and protein supplements. Weekly counseling supports compliance, builds nutrition knowledge, modifies behavior, and introduces exercise for safe, effective results.

Adapt

Here’s where our members will gradually return to a meal plan of all grocery foods, while the protein supplements are slowly phased out. Members continue to learn strategies to prevent weight regain and discover the self-confidence which occurs from being in control of eating habit.

Maintenance

Our members learn to self-monitor nutrition and make adjustments with guidance from their coach. Together, nutrition and activity are tailored to fit real life, helping members develop lasting habits, achieve balance, and embrace a renewed, healthier lifestyle.
